The Coffs Clinical Network Pharmacy Department and Hastings-Macleay Clinical Network Pharmacy Department support patients and staff with medication related issues.

Within the Coffs Clinical Network there are Pharmacy Departments in Coffs Harbour Health Campus, Bellinger River District Hospital, Macksville District Hospital and Dorrigo Health Campus.

Within the Hastings-Macleay Clinical Network there are Pharmacy Departments in Kempsey District Hospital, Port Macquarie Base Hospital and Wauchope District Memorial Hospital.

The provision of inpatient pharmacy services includes:

• the supply of medications for the duration of a hospital admission
• clinical review of medication management within a multidisciplinary team setting during a hospital admission
• safe transitions of care from the acute care setting back to the primary care setting.

Coffs Harbour Health Campus Pharmacy Department and Port Macquarie Base Hospital also service the outpatient needs of patients within their respective networks.
