District Director Finance and Performance
Paul’s background includes several senior finance and executive level roles across a range of industries including electronics, manufacturing, engineering and construction.
The most recent 10 years of Paul’s career has been with Boral Australia, with his two most current roles involving partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver financial and system transformation, and leading a large and geographically dispersed team in delivery of all statutory and management reporting requirements across a complex business.
The Finance and Performance Directorate has overall responsibility for financial performance, budget development and cash flow management.
The finance team also supports Business Management Units in each of the Networks. In addition, the portfolio incorporates District Fleet management and Capital Works and Physical Resources.
