The director coordinates and provides information and advice to a range of stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate communication is available to community, staff and partners.
The Directorate also manages the functions of corporate governance, media, external and internal communications, social media, fundraising, compliments and District complaints, Ministerial coordination, parliamentary and local member liaison as well as official District events such as the annual MNCLHD Awards and submissions to state awards. The coordination of the District’s Governing Board also sits within this Directorate.
The Communications and Strategic Relations Directorate is a dynamic team of media, corporate governance, corporate relations, digital media production and learning design experts. In collaboration with key stakeholders, our objective is to deliver tailored strategic information across multiple channels to support our people, our services and programs, health consumers and the wider community.
