There were 398 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Mid North Coast Local Health District to 8pm yesterday (23 January 2022) – including 207 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs) and 191 positive PCR tests*.

Of the 191 positive PCR tests, 69 are from Coffs Harbour Local Government Area (LGA), 61 are from Kempsey LGA, 37 are from Port Macquarie-Hastings LGA, 13 are from Nambucca Valley LGA, and 11 are from Bellingen LGA.

There are 62 COVID-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with two people in intensive care.

There have been 11,941 cases reported in the district since June 2021.

At our Mid North Coast Health clinics, there were 405 tests conducted yesterday.
