Three days to go! Who’s leading the 2024 PMES?

As we sprint to the finish line of the 2024 People Matter Employee Survey, the competition is on to see which team will bring home the chocolates* for having the highest completion rate.

Will Port Macquarie Base Hospital, currently sitting at 13 per cent complete, romp it in by 13 September to beat Coffs Harbour Base Hospital, currently 20 per cent? Can either of these sites catch Macksville District Hospital, at 47 per cent?

Will our LHD’s completion rate beat NSW Health? They’re currently at 25 per cent and 27 per cent respectively.

Can any team in the district possibly catch Information Technology Services? The IT gurus are sitting at 63 per cent completed, smashing their 2023 completion rate of 46 per cent.

There have been morning teas, lunches and barbecues to share the importance of completing this once-a-year survey. The more people who complete the survey, the more accurate the data our People and Culture staff can use to make positive workplace change.
