Spooky creations were more tasty than terrifying
Oct 31, 2023They’re creepy and they’re kooky; mysterious and spooky… we’re not talking about our staff but their ooky creations in a time-honoured Halloween tradition at Mid North Coast Cancer Institute in Coffs Harbour.
Cancer Care Coordinator Jodie Baker said it was wonderful to see the enthusiasm and imagination staff put into their Halloween cakes.
“Some seriously sinister and creepily creative treats were on display and despite the tombstones, shards of glass and spilt blood, all were seriously tasty!”
Bunnings Coffs Harbour provided a $100 voucher to the staff member who came up with the spookiest, creepiest, tastiest entry.
“As might be expected, judging by the expert panel was difficult, however, the judges were also unanimous in their final decision.
Radiation Therapist Amie Ross was declared the winner with her CAT scanner cake.
