There were 216 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Mid North Coast Local Health District to 4pm yesterday (6 February 2022) – including 216 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs) and 22 positive PCR tests*.

Eighty-nine are from Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Government Area (LGA), 63 are from Coffs Harbour LGA, 41 are from Kempsey LGA, 21 are from Nambucca Valley LGA and two are from Bellingen LGA.

There are 54 COVID-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with three people in intensive care.

There have been 17,923 cases reported in the district since June 2021.

At our Mid North Coast Health clinics, there were 78 tests conducted yesterday.
