On New Year’s Eve we are calling on the community to please be COVID-safe.

Here are some tips to help you celebrate in a COVID safe way:

  • Don’t attend any events if you have any COVID-19 symptoms
  • Celebrate with a few close friends
  • Hold your event outside and avoid high risk settings – if inside open windows for ventilation
  • If heading to a venue, check-in where required, wear a mask and make sure you’re physically distancing
  • If you can, take a rapid antigen test before you socialise
