Kempsey community responds to calls to get tested at new drive-through testing clinic in Riverside Park.

Mid North Coast Local Health District has opened a drive-through COVID-19 testing clinic in Kempsey today.
The Austral Street Boat Ramp facility, in Riverside Park, opened at 12 noon today and closes at 6pm.
From tomorrow it will be open 8am to 6pm weekdays and 8am to 4pm on weekends.
Consequently, the testing clinic in the Daisy Turner Centre at Kempsey District Hospital closed at noon today.
Kempsey residents experiencing even the mildest of symptoms are urged to visit the Austral Street drive-through testing clinic and isolate until they receive their results.
Visitors are asked to remain in their vehicle at all times. Health officers will come to the vehicle.
Walk-in visitors will also be accepted.
