There were 262 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Mid North Coast Local Health District to 4pm yesterday (14 February 2022) – including 248 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs) and 14 positive PCR tests*.
Sadly, Mid North Coast Health is reporting the death of a person with COVID-19 in their 90s from Port Macquarie-Hastings LGA. We extend our sincere condolences to their loved ones.
Of today’s cases, 105 are from Port Macquarie-Hastings LGA, 93 are from Coffs Harbour LGA, 29 are from Kempsey LGA, 20 are from Bellingen LGA and 15 are from Nambucca Valley LGA.
There are 60 COVID-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with two people in intensive care.
There have been 20,172 cases reported in the district since June 2021.
At our Mid North Coast Health clinics, there were 127 tests conducted yesterday.
