Dorrigo Hospital Auxiliary will be feeding the masses at this year’s Dorrigo Dahlia Day on Saturday 11 February.

The Auxiliary ladies will have the kettle on from 11am, hoping to raise funds to support Dorrigo Multi Purpose Service.

Dahlia classes will be run, including lessons for children, throughout the day and judging will take place for the best blooms on the coast. People’s Choice, Most Successful Exhibitor and Champion Dahlia are the titles dahlia growers will be vying for.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy a hot cuppa and delight their tastebuds at the UHA stall between 11am and 2pm.

Dorrigo UHA president Lizzy Bennett is encouraging those on the plateau and the coast to support the event, while enjoying genuine country hospitality and the very best Mother Nature has to offer when it comes to garden blooms.

Dorrigo Dahlia Day will be held at the Dorrigo Community Centre in the main street.
