There were 473 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Mid North Coast Local Health District to 8pm yesterday 6 January 2022).

Two hundred and seventy-three cases are from the Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Government Area (LGA), 115 cases are from Coffs Harbour LGA, 62 cases are from Kempsey LGA, 12 cases are from Nambucca Valley LGA and 11 cases are from Bellingen LGA.

There are 26 COVID-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with three people in intensive care.

There have been 4,303 cases reported in the district since June 2021.

There were 1,568 tests conducted at our Mid North Coast Health clinics yesterday.
