Port Macquarie Base Hospital is welcoming back its wonderful Pink Ladies.

They have had a bit of a break due to COVID-19 precautions, but now, thanks to high vaccination rates, the Pink Ladies are resuming some of their services, including the all-important trolley service.

Port Base hasn’t been the same without them!

The long absence has had an impact on the Pink Ladies’ membership, so if you would like to volunteer, meet new people and make new friends, visit  Volunteer with us – Mid North Coast Local Health District (nsw.gov.au)

It only requires a couple of hours a week or fortnight, whatever suits, and the rewards for volunteers, patients and our community are enormous.
