BreastScreen NSW
The BreastScreen programme on the North Coast offers free screening mammogram appointments all year round, at its permanent clinics located in Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie.
In addition to the permanent clinics, BreastScreen NSW Mid North Coast Cancer Institute operates a mobile unit which visits smaller towns in the region on an annual basis.
Please refer to the BreastScreen NSW website to find out when the mobile unit is scheduled to visit a town near you.
All women over 40 are eligible and women aged 50 to 74 years are particularly encouraged to attend for two yearly mammograms.
