Brendan Walsh
Board Chair
Brendan is an experienced board chair and director with a background across the health, community, and not-for-profit sectors. He has held senior executive and chief executive roles in primary healthcare and disability support organisations, and has worked with state and local government.
He brings experience in governance, risk oversight, and organisational performance, and has supported boards and executive teams in strategic planning and service delivery, governance and organisational effectiveness.
Brendan brings collaborative approach, supporting sector engagement, including partnerships and coordinated approaches to service delivery. Brendan works with organisations to strengthen their capability, supporting effective decision-making, and maintaining a focus on consumer and community outcomes.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne, has completed governance studies at Harvard Business School, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also serves as a Justice of the Peace in his local community.
