Voluntary assisted dying

Voluntary assisted dying is an end of life care option available for persons who meet eligibility criteria under the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2022 (NSW).

People can only access voluntary assisted dying in NSW if they meet all the eligibility criteria and follow the process outlined in the law.
