This program aims to enhance appropriate care given to persons requiring special observation. The program is designed for use in a variety of acute care settings and will be led by clinical experts.

Objectives:

1 – Improve participant understanding of what is expected of them

2 – Participant will improve their skills in managing behaviour symptoms

3 – Participants will learn how to efficiently document and report the special observations made of the patient.
