Recruitment, Selection & Appointments (Convenor) Training – PMBH

This training will be provided by the HRIR and Workforce Support management team.
 
The program content will include topics such as:

  • Effective procedures to ensure fair and equitable selection
  • Role and responsibilities of the selection panel
  • Selection techniques
  • Plan and conduct selection activities
  • Develop appropriate questions
  • Culling applications.
  • Post selection feedback.
  • Complaints/review process.

The program content will NOT include training on the NSW Health eRecruit System.
