Inter-professional Family Conferencing Training Program – Train the Trainer

Welcome to Implementation of Interprofessional Family Conferencing Training Program. This is an interactive workshop to  provide health professionals:

  • The opportunity to develop the key skills required to facilitate and/or participate in a family conference.
  • Provide an opportunity for learners to practise these skills in the context of a simulated conference.
