CORE CHATS – Our Values in Action – Port Macquarie

This course aims to support NSW Health staff to improve their team culture by enacting the NSW Health CORE Values, using quality communication skills and understanding of team dynamics. The course provides participants with the opportunity to develop their skills in giving and receiving feedback and engaging in solution-based conversations using the CORE Chat tool.

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course you will:

- Demonstrate communication skills that enable positive interactions when giving and receiving feedback
- Understand and apply the CORE Chat tool to engage in solution-based conversations that are mutually acceptable.
