Description
This workshop is aimed at staff who are users of patient care equipment (lifters, slide sheets etc) and would like to conduct mandatory manual handling training & competency assessments for staff. Nominees must have completed their required Manual Handling competencies prior to attending .

- WHS legislation & NSW Health related policies
- Safe manual handling techniques – Revision
- Roles & Responsibilities
- How to use MNCLHD competency forms
- Identify manual handling risks
