Essentials of Care (EOC)

The Essentials of Care program (EOC)  is a practice development program supported by the Nursing and Midwifery Office of the Ministry  of Health. Its focus is to support and facilitate innovation and development with the aim of ensuring that everyone who interacts with the healthcare system, patients, family, friends and members of the healthcare team have the best experience possible.

MNCLHD has two EOC managers, Tania Arnott in the Hastings –  Macleay Clinical Network and Lorraine Brown for the Coffs Clinical Network.  Both Tania and Lorraine work with staff to facilitate and implement change and innovation, if you would like to find out more click on their name to send an email.
