Coffs Harbour Health Campus has a new Facility Support Manager.

It hasn’t taken long for Karen Herder to settle into her new role, attending the Coffs Harbour General Volunteers Christmas Lunch at Surf Club Coffs Harbour last Friday.

It was the perfect opportunity to meet some of the volunteer family at Coffs, just one, but a significant, part of her role.

“I had a wonderful time meeting all of these lovely people who volunteer at Coffs Harbour Health Campus,” Karen said.

“They seem to be a wonderful group and I’m excited to continue to grow and support them.”

Karen brings with her a wealth of information and experience from her previous employment.

For the past six years, Karen has worked as a Customer Resolution Officer at Coffs Harbour City Council. Other positions include Operations Manager at Roma Hospital, Facility Officer at Southern Cross University as well as being part of the Recruitment/HR teams at various locations.

Throughout her career, Karen has been able to work with, and lead, various teams to deliver positive outcomes while making the most of each day.

Karen’s office is opposite the Main Courtyard and next to the Patient Flow/AHNM office.
