Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists assist people to develop or regain skills needed for the activities (or occupations) of daily living. Occupations might include self-care, leisure, independent living or work activities.

Occupational therapists promote participation in daily occupations by building people’s skills and capacity, providing education, providing assistive equipment and modifying environments.
