Aug 15, 2024It’s hoedown time in Wauchope, and there’s nothing like a night filled with country music to get toes tapping and boots scooting!
On Saturday 24 August, Wauchope RSL Club will transform into a honky-tonk haven as it hosts a special fundraiser in support of local cancer patients, promising the community an unforgettable evening of music and good vibes.
Organised by Wauchope resident Marcia Wells, the event will feature none other than Tamworth sensations Lindsay Butler, a master of the country guitar, and Australia’s first lady of song, Shaza Leigh.
Joining them will be dynamic duo Dianne Lindsay and Peter Simpson, who are ready to serenade the night away. These talented artists have generously donated their time and talents to support this important cause.
The evening’s entertainment kicks off at 7.30pm, so dust off those cowboy boots and prepare to dance the night away!
Tickets are just $20 at the door, with every dollar raised going directly to the Mid North Coast Cancer Institute, helping to make a real difference in the lives of local cancer patients.
