The People and Culture Directorate incorporates Health Safety and Wellbeing, Human Resources, Workforce Support and Organisational Learning and Development portfolios for the Mid North Coast Local Health District.
The People and Culture team work with business units to help them achieve their strategic, operational and performance goals and to build a constructive workplace culture through good leadership and management of people issues and the employee experience.
