We’re rapt with tight-knit group’s generosity

Mar 24, 2022

Hastings Auto Restorers Society members are passionate about their vintage and classic cars, but some of them also have a passion for knitting and crocheting.

The ladies have been busy creating beautiful, warm rugs for Wauchope District Memorial Hospital’s Rehabilitation Unit and Mid North Coast Cancer Institute patients.

The 21 rugs were made with love and, no doubt, our patients will love receiving them.

We think the good deeds of this is tight-knit bunch makes for a great yarn… in fact, we’d say it’s a ‘purl’er.
