Sun’s out – golfers, dust off your clubs for charity day
Jul 12, 2024Crescent Head Country Club’s eagerly anticipated charity golf day is on Sunday 14 July – register to play now!
The event will raise funds for the Kempsey District Hospital Maternity Unit.
“The Charity Golf Day presents an excellent opportunity for the community to come together to support the Maternity Unit while enjoying a day of sport and philanthropy,” said country club secretary manager Colan Ryan.
“Our club is all about assisting the community of the Macleay Valley and we are proud to support the great work of the hospital.”
There are prizes to be won, including for the best dressed team – so get creative!
Shotgun start times for the 12-hole Ambrose event are 7.30am or 10am. Individuals or teams interested in playing or seeking further information are encouraged to contact the club’s Sports Shop at 6566 1211.
The cost is $35 a person which includes golf fees and lunch.
