Nothing dampens a sporting spirit at NEAMI Cup
Oct 16, 2024The dreary conditions didn’t stop our MNCLHD Mental Health reps from performing well on the field at the annual NEAMI Cup earlier this month.
The fun day in Port Macquarie sees community members and many mental health, drug and alcohol, disability and community services from across the Mid North Coast play soccer and tackle the stigma around mental illness.
NEAMI National hosts the event as part of Mental Health Month and our team thanked them for again delivering a fabulous event despite the weather.
The Mid North Coast staff joined forces with the local New Horizons team to create a formidable mix of skills, taking home silver after a thrilling match. Huge congratulations must go to the Legal Eagles from Mid North Coast Legal Centre who took the trophy this year.
