Have your say on NSW Health’s first Gender Equality Action Plan
Nov 14, 2024Interested in providing input into NSW Health’s first Gender Equality Action Plan?
Next week, there will be five virtual feedback sessions seeking staff input into actions NSW Health can take to address the five gender equality priorities:
- We collect the right information on sex, gender and pronouns
- We consider gender and sex when developing and evaluating our policies and services
- We respect gender diversity in how we communicate
- We promote gender balance in consultation and governance
- We strengthen gender diversity and equity in our workforce.
The purpose of each session is to seek ideas on actions we can take to improve gender equality across our health system.
