Greg’s mo will go, but not before he raises funds for men’s health

Last year, the North Coast Population and Public Health Directorate raised $650 for men’s health initiatives during Movember, thanks to the efforts of Public Health Officer Greg Cheguelman.

This year, the bearded champion of Movember is back, hoping to raise even more funds during the annual campaign that shines a light on men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s suicide.

“Last year I had a full beard to part with for men’s health… this year it’s only a mo, but the message is the same,” Greg said.

“I’m hoping to increase understanding of men’s health issues as well as raise funds to battle prostate cancer.”
