There were 280 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Mid North Coast Local Health District to 4pm yesterday (10 February 2022) – including 234 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs) and 46 positive PCR tests*.

Sadly, Mid North Coast Health is reporting the death of a person with COVID-19 in their 90s from Coffs Harbour LGA. We extend our sincere condolences to their loved ones.

Of today’s cases, 105 are from Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Government Area (LGA), 100 are from Coffs Harbour LGA, 34 re from Kempsey LGA, 30 are from Nambucca Valley LGA and 11 are from Bellingen LGA.

There are 46 COVID-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with two people in intensive care.

There have been 19,249 cases reported in the district since June 2021.

At our Mid North Coast Health clinics, there were 104 tests conducted yesterday.
