Club Scotts delivers $712 to Macksville hospital
May 07, 2022Club Scotts has presented $712 to Macksville District Hospital, the proceeds from a raffle held at the bowling club on Anzac Day.
Club director Hans Peterson donated a brand new kayak and paddle to the cause, and when his fellow directors got on board, the club’s members and Scotts Head community bought up the raffle tickets ensuring the fundraiser’s success.
A big thank you to Hans, his fellow directors Victor, Melissa, Laura, Vanessa and Carmen for supporting our hospital and our patients.
The other lucky winner from this fundraiser was Scotts Head business owner David Pickvance, whose family will, no doubt, love exploring Little Beach and Warrell Creek in their new kayak.
