Christmas celebrations at Macksville
Dec 20, 2023It was a festive feast for the eyes, bellies and spirit at Macksville District Hospital last week. Staff put on an amazing spread for their annual barbecue lunch celebrating the start of the festive season.
General Manager of the Coffs Clinical Network, Lydia Dennett, had a tough time judging the winners of Christmas Decoration Competition, with the highest calibre of creativity seen at the facility to date.
There can only be one winner. This year’s gong was awarded to the Perioperative Service Unit, taking the Australiana theme to the extreme with their Down Under Christmas tree.
Second place went to the Open Admin Desk Row One, Dietitian, Breast Care and AHMIS. The coveted Judges Award was awarded to the Inpatient Acute Unit.
