Carers connect at celebration
Oct 30, 2023A Carers Week celebration was held at the Namaskar Healing Centre in Bonville recently. The Carers Craft Group, supported by Mid North Coast Local Health District staff, came together to take some well-earned respite from their caring roles.
Everyone enjoyed a morning tea, sharing stories and building connections with people who understand the challenges and triumphs of caregiving.
A peaceful meditation session provided a much-needed moment of self-care and relaxation for participants.
The event was an opportunity to celebrate the vital role carers play in our communities.
