Booster vaccinations will give you better protection against COVID-19

There were 205 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Mid North Coast Local Health District to 4pm yesterday (18 February 2022) – including 181 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs) and 24 positive PCR tests*.
Sadly, Mid North Coast Health is reporting the death of a person in their 80s with COVID-19 from Port Macquarie-Hastings LGA. We extend our sincere condolences to their loved ones.
Of today’s cases, 70 are from Coffs Harbour LGA, 68 are from Port Macquarie-Hastings LGA, 33 are from Kempsey LGA, 19 are from Nambucca Valley LGA, , and 15 are from Bellingen LGA.
There are 44 COVID-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with two people in intensive care.
There have been 21,146 cases reported in the district since June 2021.
