A special celebration for Kempsey’s fearless leader

Katie Croad, the Acting Executive Officer at Kempsey District Hospital, is celebrating a significant milestone.

The much-admired team leader is turning 50, and her friends and colleagues made sure Katie felt the love with a special birthday celebration.

Katie has worked at KDH for 28 years, commencing as a new grad in 1996; her substantive role being Director of Nursing.

No doubt there are many in the District who have worked with Katie at one time or another.

“We, Katie’s colleagues and friends at Kempsey, would like to wish her many happy returns for this milestone birthday and agree with the statement in the gold embossed card she received from the local MP – ’50 is simply 5 perfect 10s’ – that’s our Katie!” said Executive Assistant Jenny Clarke.
