552 new COVID-19 cases reported for Mid North Coast

There were 552 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Mid North Coast Local Health District to 8pm yesterday (20 January 2022) – including 287 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs) and 265 positive PCR tests*.
Of the 265 positive PCR tests, 107 are from Coffs Harbour Local Government Area (LGA), 75 are from Port Macquarie-Hastings LGA, 47 are from Kempsey LGA, 20 are from Nambucca Valley LGA and 16 are from Bellingen LGA.
There are 60 COVID-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with three people in intensive care.
There have been 10,555 cases reported in the district since June 2021.
At our Mid North Coast Health clinics, there were 562 tests conducted yesterday.
