COVID-19 update for Mid North Coast

There were 532 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Mid North Coast Local Health District to 8pm yesterday (19 January 2022) – including 273 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs) and 259 positive PCR tests*.

Of the 259 positive PCR tests, 99 are from Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Government Area (LGA), 63 are from Coffs Harbour LGA, 56 are from Kempsey LGA, 27 are from Nambucca Valley LGA and 14 are from Bellingen LGA.

There are 59 COVID-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with three people in intensive care.

There have been 10,003 cases reported in the district since June 2021.

At our Mid North Coast Health clinics, there were 544 tests conducted yesterday.
