471 new COVID-19 cases for Mid North Coast

There were 471 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Mid North Coast Local Health District to 8pm yesterday (18 January 2022) – including 236 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs) and 235 positive PCR tests*.

Of the 235 positive PCR tests, 94 are from Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Government Area (LGA), 85 are from Coffs Harbour LGA, 49 are from Kempsey LGA, six are from Bellingen LGA and one is from Nambucca Valley LGA.

There are 58 COVID-19 cases in Mid North Coast hospitals, with three people in intensive care.

There have been 9,471 cases reported in the district since June 2021.

At our Mid North Coast Health clinics, there were 548 tests conducted yesterday.
