Eating too many unhealthy foods, drinking too much alcohol, smoking and not exercising enough can all lead to an unhealthy lifestyle.

Eating better can help us feel better and keep healthy. A good diet based on healthy foods can:

  • improve quality of life and wellbeing
  • protect against illness and disease
  • improve mood and increase energy
  • help to maintain a healthy weight.

Get supported and make changes to create a healthier lifestyle. The Aboriginal Get Healthy information and coaching service can help you to make changes that suit you.

For tips on healthy eating check out Get Healthy for the Mob on the Healthy Eating Active Living NSW website.
